Strong women with a soft heart.

We are surrounded by strong women personalities.These women exhibit and acquire masculine energy that translates to qualities like drive, independence, aggression, arrogance, competitiveness, and confidence, to survive and succeed in this competitive world. These are not bad traits per se, and there is no denying that we need them. Indeed, they have allowed women to become CEOs and leaders.


As a result, women have buried their feminine qualities like sensitivity and empathy as they are scared of being labeled as sensitive, emotional, overdramatic and weak. Society has pushed women to embrace masculine over feminine energy.

It’s important for women to balance the Yin & Yang. Yin refers to the feminine energies in life, and yang refers to the masculine energies in life. GIVING is an action of our divine MASCULINE, and RECEIVING is an action of our divine FEMININE, and a balance of both energies is when one can feel harmonious within.


Vinyasa Yoga is a great way to tap, awaken and balance the feminine and masculine energy. You not only get strong and fit through yoga but also learn to rest, relax, restore and practice self-love.


Every Vinyasa Yoga Class begins with fast paced series, ( usually one breath, one movement ) of Surya Namaskar ( Sun Salute ), Standing Twists and Warrior Sequence and ends by relaxing into poses like Seated Forward Fold, Child Pose, Butterfly, Happy Baby by holding them longer, allowing for deep release within joints and big muscle groups.
